Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.
If you did not place a personalized order, should the item(s) not work out, you can return it and order your preferred style or size.

What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately we are unable to ship internationally at this time.
What's your returns & exchange policy?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Personalized items are NOT returnable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order # & shipping zip code.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer direct exchanges at this time. The best way to exchange your item is to purchase the product that you desire and return the unwanted item for a refund. Once we receive the returned product, we’ll issue a refund for the original item purchased minus shipping costs. This way, you’ll get the product you desire as quickly as possible and we can efficiently process your return.
